The State Watcher Training Course is also available on the SOS website. It is a very short course, maybe an hour.  Click on “Watcher Training Course” below:

The course MUST be completed and certification submitted to Sheryl Glasgow, Secretary of the El Paso County GOP, secretary@gopelpaso.com. A sample is attached below.  You can take a picture of your certificate to email.

Also, on that email indicate your preference of where you would like to serve.  See list at bottom..

Once your information has been received, Candis from the EPC GOP office will call you to go over the details of your assignment.

If you have not heard from the El Paso GOP within seven business days after submitting your documentation, please text Linda Taylor at 719.237.6829 with your name and reason for your text.

How You Can Make a Difference

Develop a Biblical Worldview

It’s better to be biblically correct than politically correct. By diligently learning, applying, and trusting God’s truths in every area of our lives, we can begin to develop a deep, comprehensive faith that will stand against the unrelenting tide of our culture’s non-biblical ideas. (Romans 12:2)

Vote Your Values

The issues of the day change. Political parties and platforms change. God’s Word never changes. The vote of every Christian should be based on the principles of Scripture and not persuasive personalities. (Matthew 24:35)

Get Out & Vote

Voting is a simple, yet significant way to do something about public policy in our country. As people of faith, we will be held accountable for our actions, as well as our lack of action. (James 4:17)

Elect Righteous Leaders

Bad governance and our loss of freedom is directly related to the church’s failure to disciple. When citizens do not seek to be obedient to God’s Word, they elect wicked and corrupt candidates, who then trample underfoot the God-given liberties of the people. (Proverbs 29:2)
