Do you believe that elections should be conducted differently in order to ensure integrity and confidence?  Should people be required to show proof of citizenship in order to register to vote, and/or be required to show a government-issued ID to cast their vote?

What are your thoughts on the establishment clause; and if elected, what will you do to protect your constituents’ rights to freedom of religion, speech, peaceable assembly, and petitioning the government for a redress of grievances?

I strongly support the establishment clause as a vital protection that keeps government from establishing or favoring any religion, while also safeguarding the free exercise of religion for all Americans. These protections are essential to our constitutional republic and to maintaining a free and diverse society.

I will always defend the First Amendment rights of my constituents and I will oppose any effort that infringes on these rights, whether from government overreach or political pressure.

I will stand firm in ensuring that every individual can freely express their beliefs, participate in civic life, and engage with their government without fear of censorship or discrimination.

There has been a rise in incidences of anti-Americanism and antisemitism in Colorado and across our nation.  What do you view as the causes, and what should be done to address these issues?

The rise in anti-American sentiment and antisemitism is concerning and has real impacts on individuals and communities across Colorado and the nation. I believe contributing factors include growing polarization, less emphasis on civic education, and the spread of misinformation that can deepen misunderstanding and division.

Addressing this will require education, community engagement, and accountability. Strengthening civic education can help students better understand our history and institutions and how to engage respectfully in public life. Communities also benefit when leaders and organizations encourage dialogue, understanding, and respect across differences.

Acts of hate and intimidation should be taken seriously, and communities should feel safe reporting and addressing them. Encouraging respect, understanding, and shared responsibility is key to maintaining strong and healthy communities.

If elected, what initiatives would you champion to improve Colorado’s economy, including policies on water, energy, and other resources, and how would you make your office more fiscally responsible?

I will focus on strengthening Colorado’s economy by supporting policies that help families and small businesses thrive, reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens, and promote responsible growth while protecting our natural resources.

On water, I support protecting existing water rights and investing in infrastructure to ensure long term access for agriculture, communities, and future growth. On energy, I support an all of the above approach that keeps costs affordable and ensures reliable service while maintaining grid reliability.

I will also promote fiscal responsibility by increasing transparency in state spending, prioritizing essential services, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used efficiently and with accountability to the public.

If elected, how would you help improve the educational outcomes for Colorado’s students, and what is your position on parental authority in K-12 education, including school choice and parental notification?

I will focus on improving student outcomes by strengthening the fundamentals of education, especially reading, writing, math, and critical thinking. I will support teachers by reducing unnecessary administrative burdens and ensuring resources reach the classroom. I also believe strong local control is key to student success.

I strongly support parental authority in K-12 education. Parents should have a clear voice in their child’s education, access to information, and timely notification on important school matters. I support school choice because parents, not the government, must be able to chose the best fit for their children.

My goal is to ensure every student has access to a high quality education that prepares them for success.

The Establishment Clause was intended to prevent the federal government from creating or controlling a national church, not to remove faith from public life or silence Christianity in the public square. America’s founding principles and system of government were deeply influenced by biblical and Judeo-Christian values.

I will defend our constitutional freedoms while also ensuring that no ideology, religious system, or foreign legal framework is elevated above the U.S. Constitution or the rule of American law. Faith, free speech, and civic engagement make our communities stronger and I will work to protect the foundational values and liberties that have shaped our nation and culture.

The rise in anti-Americanism and antisemitism is extremely concerning. Too many young people are being taught to see America only as a flawed nation instead of recognizing the freedoms, opportunities, and Judeo-Christian values that helped make this country exceptional. We’re seeing the consequences of weak civic education, growing political division, growing disrespect for faith, family, and the values that built this country, and a generation that often hasn’t been taught our true history.

Antisemitism should be condemned clearly no matter where it comes from. As a State Representative, I would support stronger civic and constitutional education, protection of free speech and religious liberty, and policies that strengthen public safety, respectful dialogue, and unity around shared American values.

If elected, what initiatives would you champion to improve Colorado’s economy, including policies on water, energy, and other resources, and how would you make your office more fiscally responsible?

Colorado’s economy depends on affordable energy, reliable water resources, a strong workforce, and policies that allow families and businesses to thrive. I support an energy approach that protects consumer choice, strengthens energy independence, and lowers costs for working families. Colorado should develop its natural resources, invest in long-term water infrastructure, and support agriculture, which is vital to our economy and way of life.

Government should live within its means, just like Colorado families do. I would support greater oversight of taxpayer dollars, requiring agencies to justify spending instead of automatically increasing budgets every year, and efforts to reduce wasteful spending and unnecessary regulations that hurt small businesses and economic growth. Colorado needs practical leadership focused on affordability and long-term stability.

If elected, how would you help improve the educational outcomes for Colorado’s students, and what is your position on parental authority in K-12 education, including school choice and parental notification?

Colorado students deserve an education system focused on academic excellence, not political activism or ideological agendas. We should strengthen reading, writing, math, civics, and career readiness while empowering teachers to teach effectively and restoring accountability in the classroom. Students learn best in safe environments where parents are respected as the primary authority in their children’s lives, not treated as obstacles or shut out of important decisions.

Parents have a God-given right and responsibility to direct the upbringing, education, and well-being of their children. I support school choice because families, not the government, should decide the educational environment that best fits their child’s needs. I also support strong parental notification policies because parents should be involved in decisions affecting their children.
